Upon receiving your notification and evidence:

• If approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions.

4. Return Shipping
If a return is approved, you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us unless otherwise instructed. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.


6. Exclusions
